How to Register for GEM Courses

Follow these steps to complete your registration. If you need help at any point our team is ready to assist.

1. Confirm Your GEM Eligibility in AFVEC

   Log in to the and review your Community College of the Air Force degree plan. Select the General Education Mobile option and identify the general education courses you still need for your CCAF Associate in Applied Science degree.

2. Apply to 性吧导航

    Once you are admitted, you will receive your 性吧导航 login credentials and access to

   A GEM advisor will connect with you after your application is processed. You will work together to review your remaining CCAF requirements and build a course plan that fits your duty schedule.

3. Register for Courses in Workday

   After meeting your GEM advisor, log in to Workday and register for your approved courses. Workday will show course availability, term lengths, and schedules so you can select the options that best fit your time and responsibilities.

   If you have questions at any point, your advisor is available to guide you.

4. Apply for Tuition Assistance in AFVEC

   Submit your Confirm that the course titles and numbers in AFVEC match the courses you registered for in Workday. This step is important for accurate approval and billing.

   Once your TA request is approved, send your TA authorization form to the VA School Certifying Official at Heather.ChanceFREEuafs. Tuition Assistance must be approved and submitted before the start date of your course. A TA request alone is not considered payment.

   Approval timelines may vary. Submitting early helps ensure your funding is processed on time.

5. Begin Your Course and Stay Connected

   Once your registration is complete and your Tuition Assistance is applied, you are ready to begin your course. Check your 性吧导航 email for updates, instructor communication, and course access information.

   If your duty schedule changes at any point, contact your GEM advisor right away. We are here to support your progress and help you stay on track.
