Student Orientation
New Student Orientation Week
- 性吧导航 International staff and volunteers will greet you at the Fort Smith Regional Airport.
- To keep track of when students are arriving and request an airport pick-up, we ask that each student fill out an

Fall 2026
- Aug. 8-9, 2026: Arrive in Fort Smith (If you arrive earlier, you will be responsible for your housing, transportation, and meals.)
- Aug. 10-11, 2026: Mandatory New Student Orientation/ACCUPLACER testing (if applicable) and class registration
- Aug. 13-15, 2026: Cub Camp
- Aug. 14, 2026: Fall payment deadline at 12 noon. Students with a balance over $500 and no payment plan will be dropped from classes.
- Aug. 17, 2026: Fall 2026 classes begin
- Dec. 4, 2026: Last day of fall classes
- Dec. 5-11, 2026: Final Exam Week
- Dec. 12, 2026: Commencement
Spring 2027
- Jan. 11-12, 2027: Arrive in Fort Smith (If you arrive earlier, you will be responsible for your housing, transportation, and meals.)
