Instructions for Entering Mid-Term Grades

Final Grades

Final grades are due from the faculty after every semester. Unless otherwise noted, grades are due by noon on the date indicated.

  • Summer 2026 - First Five-Week Courses: July 6, 2026
  • Summer 2026 - Second Five-Week and Ten-Week Courses: Aug. 10, 2026
  • Fall 2026 - First Eight-Week Courses: Oct. 14, 2026
  • Fall 2026 - Full Term and Second Eight-Week Courses: Dec. 15, 2026
  • Spring 2027 - First Eight-Week Courses: March 17, 2027
  • Spring 2027 - Full Term and Second Eight-Week Courses: May 18, 2027

Instructors are expected to submit all grades and in-progress contracts by the date and time posted for the given semester. Late submission of grades can hinder students' ability to receive scholarships and financial aid, so the timely submission of grades is imperative.

Please note the following:

  • The Registrar's Office will review grade lists for any missing grades immediately after the submission deadlines above. An NG (no grade) will be entered for missing grades so the grade roll process can move forward, and the instructor will be required to complete a change of grade request in Workday for each missing grade.
  • Final date of attendance is required for an F grade. A date within the beginning and end dates of the semester must be used when entering the last date of attendance.
    • For students who never attended, enter the first day of the term.
    • For students who attended the entire term and 鈥渆arned鈥 the F, enter the final day of the term.
  • For online courses, the last date of attendance is determined by the final time the student participated in the course in a meaningful way. Simply accessing the course is not considered attendance.
  • IP (In Progress) grades can only be entered by the Registrar鈥檚 Office upon receipt of an IP contract.
  • Students will be able to see final grade as soon as it is submitted by instructor.
